The business development manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while developing the Jans Composites brand by establishing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop potential clients by attending sales meetings
- Consolidate and develop relationships with existing customers both internally and externally
- Be pro active and continually identify and develop potential leads
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitors and their products
- Provide weekly sales reports to the Managing Director
- Agree and consistently meet sales targets
The Candidate: – Should have the following:
- Exceptional relationship development skills
- Proven track record in proactively generating new business
- Ability to liaise with a range of stake holders both internally and externally
- Preferably have experience in a manufacturing industry
- Above average IT skills
- Uk driving license
Background /Experience:-
- Essential: 2 years minimum experience in an industrial sales role
- Desirable: 3rd level Education
