3D SCANNING

Our 3D scanning equipment and software enables us to capture surface profile data and imagery of basic and complex shapes. From this captured data, not only can we complete dimensional verification, we can also rapidly create 3D models which can be used for scaling, direct replication, or to create modifications to products.

This 3D scanning equipment and software is portable, which means our teams can carry out scanning and modelling activities onsite within our manufacturing facility, or off-site at a customer location world-wide.

3D CAD Modeling

We currently use Creo Parametric 6.0.2. CAD software to create 3D models unique to each customer project. JANS Composites can create these designs or clients can supply us with 3D data which we can be processed for manufacture.
We can accept data in stp. / igs. / dxf. / prt. or sldprt. formats.
