MOULDS AND TOOLS

JANS Composites has a vast selection of high specification tooling systems and mould process options available to use for best fit for manufacture.

Our moulds are built with non-shrink resin and gel systems and can be supplied with a range of top quality finishes on both A, and where applicable B faces, (textured, wood grain, high gloss etc.).

Capabilities include traditional open lay-up moulds, silicone bag moulds, LRTM moulds and RIM. All moulds can be supported by wood or steel framework to increase strength, stability, durability and ultimately extend the length of each mould’s life.
